The number of biscuits that can be made depends on the size of the cookie-cutter. Generally, a two and half inch round cookie cutter can be used. The excess dough that is left , after the shapes have been cut out, can be rolled out again and the process repeated. A large baking tray is used to bake the biscuits. Line the tray with parchment paper and arrange the biscuits on the tray. A little melted butter can be used to brush the biscuits and sprinkle a little flaky salt over them. The biscuits are then set aside or kept in a freezer for a few minutes before baking so that they can become firm. The biscuits are to be baked in an oven set at 425 degrees for about twenty minutes. When the biscuits turn a light golden brown, the 'Savory Cranberry-Walnut Biscuits' are ready to be served.
