Roasted cherry tomatoes and green pasta:

It is an Italian cuisine and it needs lots of vegetables to prepare. Here we have given the ingredients for preparing this dish. The ingredients include 20-30 cherry tomatoes, garlic cloves to taste, 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, one bunch of kale, swiss chard, mustard greens, 2 tablespoons vegan Parmesan (optional), one teaspoon salt and half to one box of pasta. It is a very delicious Italian cuisines and it takes hardly forty minutes to prepare. You can easily prepare this in your kitchen. This is an ideal dish for candlelit dinner.

Melitzanosalata Agioritiki (Athenian Eggplant Salad):

This is a famous cuisines and it is called 'agioritiki'. A very refreshing and smoky fragrance comes out from this cuisine. After preparing this cuisine, you can keep this in refrigerator up to three or four days. This is served as salad or it can also be served as topping on whole-wheat bread slices.
