Black bean salad:
Ingredients : 1 pound black beans, 1 green pepper, 3 stalks celery, 6 green onions, 1 small onion, 2/3 cup white vinegar, 2/3 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon ground caraway seed and 2/3 cup pumpkin seed oil
Recipe : At first, you will have to cook black beans until tender. After it is cooked, drain and blanch them with cold water. Then chop pepper, celery as well as onions and add them to the beans. After this, you will have to boil vinegar and sugar. Then add salt, pepper, caraway seed as well as oil to the boiled vinegar and sugar. Then stir the mixture thoroughly before pouring it over the beans. Keep it in the refrigerator for two hours and then serve.
Anzac biscuits :
Ingredients : 1 cup shredded coconut, 1 cup rolled oats, 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 pinch of salt, 1/2 cup butter or margarine, 2 tbs molasses as well as 2 tbs water. Other than this, vegetable cooking spray, butter or margarine to grease the baking sheet.
